FAVORITE MOVIE MONDAY: WAYNE'S WORLD

Image
Wayne's World (1992) stars Mike Myers and Dana Carvey as Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar, two characters made famous by the Wayne's World sketches on Saturday Night Live. Wayne and Garth have their own public-access show that they put on from their home town of Aurora, Illinois. The film also stars Rob Lowe as Benjamin, a network TV executive who tries to exploit Wayne's World for his own gain, Tia Carrere as Cassandra, Wayne's bass playing/lead singer girlfriend, and Brian Doyle-Murray as Noah Vanderhoff, owner of Noah's Arcade and sponsor of Wayne's World (when on network TV).  The film was written by Mike Myers and Bonnie and Terry Turner. It's no surprise that it was produced by Lorne Michaels. Most of the movies I like are produced by him. You've probably already seen Wayne's World before considering it's been around for 20 years so I don't have to tell you how funny it is. There are also a lot of other really cool people in it l...

THINGS I BOUGHT THAT I LOVE

Image
Recently I bought two things that I never thought I'd buy ever because I never really had a reason to. The first thing that I'm going to tell you about is something I actually needed to buy. It's this: UO Laptop Case $29.00

PRETTY PEOPLE

Image
Celebrities are people contrary to popular belief. They are also very attractive people. Here are some that I find super attractive and you'll be able to tell why.

THINGS I WEAR THAT I LOVE: REPEAT

Image
Last year I wrote  this post  about the  Urban Renewal Surplice Drape Dress  (in black) from  Urban Outfitters . I think of this dress as more of a wintery dress but Urban sells it all year round. I originally paid $59 for it but now it's on sale for $39. Let me just say right now that this dress was worth $59 so getting it for $39 is a STEAL. The black is only available in small now but there are 9 other colors to choose from. It's a beautiful dress. I can't wait to start wearing it again. So yeah, if you like "totally stylin'" dresses, get this dress. PLUS it's pretty cheap now AND since it's a little black dress it's slimming and goes with everything. If you get it in another color I'm sure it'll look just as good since they're all solids. I promise that you'll love it forever.

CELEBRITY THAT I HAVE A CRUSH ON THURSDAY

Image
I haven't done any theme days in FOREVER and I'm going to start doing them more often. Since it's Thursday it's everyone's favorite day: CELEB CRUSH THURSDAY! This week's celebrity crush is: Mila Kunis

YOU'RE REALLY BEAUTIFUL, AND I MEAN THAT

CH-CH-CH-CH-CHANGES: HOW MY POSITIVE OUTLOOK MADE ME "TURN AND FACE THE STRAIN" (PLUS SOME SAD STUFF I'D RATHER NOT DISCUSS IN PUBLIC)

Image
I didn't know what I wanted to write about today and then "Changes" by David Bowie popped into my head and it made me realize that my life has been going through many changes, both good and bad.
