FAVORITE MOVIE MONDAY: NICK AND NORAH'S INFINITE PLAYLIST

If you're a long time reader of my blog you may recall that I've already talked about reading the book Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist around this time last year. The movie is one of my all time favorites. It stars Michael Cera (the love of my life) as Nick, a bass player in a crappy band who just broke up with his insanely hot girlfriend Tris and Kat Dennings (another love of my life) as Norah, a girl that loves music and knows Tris from school (and knows she's a real bitch). Norah is a pushover when it comes to her best friend Caroline, a party girl that loves being the center of attention. She and Nick meet at one of Nick's shows and when Norah sees Nick she asks him to be her "boyfriend for five minutes" to impress Tris, not knowing that Nick is the same Nick Tris dated. It's a really cute romantic comedy and I watch it whenever it's on. The soundtrack is also really really good. One of my friends told me, while watching the movie, that I was like a combination of Nick and Norah and I loved hearing that. They're two characters that I'll always love and I love identifying with them. Plus they're both cute and awkward and so lovable.
